Feelings like worrying that past scars would prevent my growth, that my fears would paralyze me and my anxiety about people getting tired of waiting for me to heal. It deals with some of the complex feelings I grappled with because of my depression, fears and anxiety. This is one of my favorite pieces from my book “Lost in Life’s Ocean.” The title was inspired by a Joe Budden song with the same name.
